PRICES: Prices are quoted per person, double or triple occupancy. Tour prices are quoted in Euros based on exchange rates in effect 24 November, 2003. The tour price is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate may result in price increases without notice.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: 500.00 Euros

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: The deposit stated on the prices page, with your completed booking form will reserve your place.

BALANCE DUE IN INSTALMENT AS FOLLOWS:
Balance due eight weeks before start date of tour. If the final payment does not reach us by due date, we will assume you have cancelled and we may fill your place.

DISCOUNT: A 5% discount will be given to those groups making up the full complement of 7 people.

REFUND: The deposit of 250 Euros is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION: 4 - 8 weeks before the start of the tour departure results in cancellation charge of 35% of price plus cost of any additional services rendered. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure results in loss of all moneys received. All claims must be made in writing within 60 days after termination of a tour. No partial refunds will be given for unused services.

INSURANCE: Normandy Country Tours strongly urges you to protect yourself and your tour cost by purchasing accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance.

MEDICAL INSURANCE: Please make sure your current health insurance policy covers you overseas!

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: It is the passenger(s) responsibility to obtain any and all documents required for travel, including, but not limited to valid passports, exit and/or entry/re-entry visas, and any other documents required by the respective immigration officials of the country/ies you are to visit and/or return to, as well as any required and/or needed vaccinations prior or after your travel.

AIR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: Normandy Country Tours is unable to assist in arranging air transport to France, you must arrange this yourselves. Try www.expedia.com.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM OPERATIONS: Tours are based on a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 9. For fewer than 6, a small group supplement may be charged.

RESPONSIBILITY: Normandy Country Tours and/or agents and officers and/or suppliers of services pursuant to, or in connection with these itineraries, shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for accommodation, transportation, restaurants or any other service and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accidents, incidents or delay to any person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any accommodation, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by an act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. All losses or expenses arising from such eventualities are the responsibility of the participant. Personal property such as baggage, clothing, cameras, back packs, and other personal belongings is at the owner's risk throughout the tour. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The right is reserved to withdraw any program in this offer and/or make such changes in the program(s) as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of tour(s).

THE PRICES OF THESE TOUR PACKAGES ARE BASED ON RATES IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF PUBLISHING AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Please note that the persons, vehicles, establishments, places, attractions and other features depicted or described on this website may not be part of your actual tour depending on availability and circumstances.

NORMANDY COUNTRY TOURS RESERVES THE RIGHT: (1) To cancel tour prior to departure, in which case full refund, less any charges by travel agents for third party booking, will constitute full settlement to the participant. (2) To substitute accommodation of similar category to those specified. (3) To alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. (4) To decline to accept a reservation. (5) To expel any person whose conduct or condition is, in the sole judgement of the tour leader, incompatible with the safety or interest of the tour group as a whole.

ITINERARY: Due to the nature of expeditions, tour packages, excursions and/or other services provided; weather, acts of God, government, and/or airline regulations may require changes to be made to the itineraries and/or the cancellation of certain excursions or add-ons. Every attempt will be made to adhere to the itineraries described within the limits of safety and time. In the event of changes, passengers have no right to any refund or other compensation, for these tours, excursions, accommodations and/or transportation, except where provided by the particular providers of said services. Expedition, excursions, and/or tour fees are based on group participation.

Should you choose not to take part in any activity or make use of services provided, no refund will be made.

CONSENT: The signed reservation form accompanied by the required deposit constitutes consent by the participant to all provisions contained herein. You will be required to sign a release of liability and to provide emergency contact and medical insurance information prior to joining any tour with Normandy Country Tours.
